Surrounded by grass and stone this traditional Japanese style building is surrounded by four large stone walls that allow entrance through a series of metal gates that rise upwards. Beyond those walls is a courtyard. The courtyard holds several statues of the previous leaders of this squad. Also in the courtyard series of stone pathways. The first pathway on the left leads to a small outdoor training ground with a series of puppets with targets on them. This area is used for kido training. The second pathway from the left is slightly longer and leads to a separate building that holds various tools and wooden weapons ranging from poles to swords. The middle path leads to the main building to which battles are held between squad members. The second to last path on the right leads to another smaller building that houses various actual weapons that are also used in more advanced training. The final path on the right leads to a large outdoor ring that is rarely ever used aside from people attempting to become a captain and captain’s training. It has several puppets of various sizes, stands and is protected by four high stone walls that can only be entered by a single gate on the north wall.
